17 ~ 20 Underweight (Climber) or not much a a wind break in a bunch ride.
20 ~ 25 You are in brilliant shape (Perfect Cyclist) Damn you!
25 ~ 30 Minor obesity (Fat Sprinter at best)
30 ~ 35 Unhealthy obesity (Time to start training)
35 ~ 40 Extremly unhealthy obesity (Ok... best see youo doctir before you start back on the bike)
> 40 You are way too short! (As above and dont buy a carbon frame, I'd stick to a steel structure!)
